Come to a free Yoga Class at FMW
The yoga class will run for eight weeks, from May 27th through July 15th. What a nice way to break into the summer! We will be meeting on Thursday's from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM in the Assembly Room.
Since the class is a beginner Vinyasa Yoga Class all level of practitioners are welcome to attend. We will be focusing on gentle stretches (movements) that are twined with breathing; leading to an active meditation.
After the class is over we might have a 15 minutes meditation if enough people remain (TBD).
Please bring their yoga mats and even bring extra mats if you have them. We will provide some mats but not sure if we will have enough for everyone. Please wear relaxed clothing that will allow stretching and unobstructed movements.
Also it is encouraged
- not to eat heavy meal before the class
- drink lots of water earlier in the day
- come few minutes before the class starts
