Affording Hope Dance Event

An Interactive Workshop Series on Growing up in a Troubled World.
 
Special program for Young Friends, ages 4-10, sponsored by
Quaker Friends Meeting of Washington's First Day School. 
 
Parents are also welcome to participate in this workshop where kids will explore ideas of peacebuilding and how they related to peace and justice in their personal lives and in the larger world.

Hosanna People's Seminary

February 23rd Tuesday 7 PM – The Hosanna People's Seminary, which involves people of faith from Plymouth Congregational Church, Friends Meeting of Washington, St Stephens and the Incarnation Episcopal Church, the Lutheran Volunteer Corps, Foundry Methodist Church and All Souls Unitarian Church will meet from 7 PM to 9 PM on Tuesday February 23rd in the Meeting room to consider the role of religion in U.S. racism and how to respond to that history.
